In 2013 the Office for Design and Architecture South Australia (ODASA) led an open ideas competition and community engagement process to explore possibilities for the former Royal Adelaide Hospital site.

The 5.3 hectare site is bordered by the Adelaide Botanic Gardens and North Terrace, and contains a number of significant historic buildings.

The ideas competition attracted 126 submissions.

Our scheme was one of 15 projects to be placed on the Long List, as judged by local design students.
